Eco-Flex® Equestrian Stall Flooring System acts as a therapeutic bedding system for your horse. Horses require sufficient rest which they can only achieve lying down and is essential to rejuvenate their muscles, tendons, joints and the rest of their body and mind.

Eco-Flex® Equestrian Stall Flooring System invites horses to lie down because it imitates ideal pasture, where they instinctively are meant to live.

Eco-Flex® Equestrian Stall Flooring System consists of the following:

• A bottom layer of each stall is lined entirely with our specially designed mattresses made from durable “geo-textile fabric” that is sewn into multiple cells that are filled with soft recycled rubber crumb pieces. The size of each mattress is 4’W x 6’L x 2.5” H and weighs approximately 140 lbs.
• The top layer of the stall system consists of a lined, heavy duty, rubberized surface that is reinforced with a bottom “geo-textile” material and is woven into the rubber membrane. This heavy duty top cover is ¼” thick and provides a durable non-slip, non-permeable surface for your horse stall that is resilient to normal every day foot traffic and urine from your horse.

Our equestrian stall flooring system can be installed over any existing level base.  This includes dirt, clay, sand or pavement. 

Eco-Flex® Equestrian Stall Flooring System  comes with a 2 year limited manufacture warranty against rips and tears.
